Ramp new sales reps faster, with an AI coach that wears your brand.
PitchDojo runs your onboarding day by day, lets an AI voice coach quiz every rep out loud at the end of each day, certifies them on the job, and shows managers who is ready. Your name, your logo, your domain — on your own server.
Day 3 · Objection handling
Voice viva with Sensei
- SenseiA customer says your plan costs more than the one they use today. How do you respond?
- PriyaI'd first ask what they're comparing — then show the hours their team saves each week.
- SenseiGood. What one question would you ask to find that out?
- Priya"How long does your team spend on this every week right now?"

Why PitchDojo
Reps sit through slides and nobody checks what stuck.
Every training day ends with a spoken viva, so gaps surface the same evening.
Managers can't role-play with every new hire.
The AI coach plays the customer as often as a rep needs, and scores the call.
"Is she ready for the floor?" is a gut call.
Readiness reports blend product tests, vivas, attendance, AI mock calls and call audits for every learner.
Features
Everything a sales onboarding programme needs. Nothing you have to rent.
-
AI voice coach
An end-of-day spoken viva on Google Gemini Live. Five fresh questions from that day's lessons, one at a time, with a follow-up when an answer is thin. Scored from the transcript: 70% knowledge, 30% fluency. Default name Sensei — rename it, pick one of eight voices, give it a persona.
-
Day-by-day curriculum
A classroom training (CRT) schedule where sessions, lessons and quizzes unlock one day at a time. Import the whole schedule from an Excel workbook.
-
On-the-job certification
Scripted customer role-plays scored against a call-audit rubric — introduction, rapport, need generation, pitch, closing — with OJT metrics per rep.
-
Readiness reports
Cohort dashboards and per-learner report cards that blend product tests, viva scores, attendance, AI mock calls and call audits into one readiness band.
-
Batches, attendance & trainees
Group hires into batches, track attendance, manage trainees and their managers, and unlock extra viva attempts when someone needs one.
-
Courses, quizzes, SCORM
Everything Frappe LMS does: courses, quizzes, assignments, SCORM packages, live classes and a full admin desk.
-
Certificates in your colours
Completion certificates drawn with your brand — your name, your logo, your colours.
-
Your domain, automatic HTTPS
Bundled Caddy issues certificates on demand — for your host name and for each customer's custom domain.
-
Single company or SaaS
One install for your own team, or multi-company mode: a public sign-up page provisions
<name>.yourdomain.comwith its own isolated site and database.
Make it yours
Your learners never see our name.
Product name, logo (light and dark), favicon, colours, font, login page, email sender, and the coach's name, voice and persona — all from one brand record, set in a guided /setup wizard. No code.

How it works
From empty server to first viva in an afternoon.

01
Install
Clone the repo and run
./scripts/setup.sh. It writes strong random passwords, starts the Docker stack and prints a one-time sign-in link. No default admin password. -
02
Run the setup wizard
At
/setup: Company → Brand → AI coach → Email → Domain → Team. Leave and come back any time; then a short spotlight tour shows your admins around. -
03
Upload your curriculum
Import a day-by-day classroom schedule from Excel at
/crt/import, or build courses, quizzes and SCORM content in the app. -
04
Reps practise with the coach
Each day ends with a spoken viva; role-plays and on-the-job audits feed the readiness report your managers check.
Self-host
Five minutes. One command. Your server.
Prebuilt images come from GitHub Container Registry. The script asks a few questions, writes .env, waits for the first boot and hands you a sign-in link.
Requirements
- Docker with Compose v2 (Docker Engine 24+)
- 2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM for one company up to ~300 learners (8 GB to build images yourself)
- 64-bit Linux in production; Apple Silicon works locally via emulation
- Optional: a Google Gemini API key for the AI coach, and SMTP for email
git clone https://github.com/isaee-xyz/pitchdojo.git
cd pitchdojo
./scripts/setup.sh # asks a few questions; or: ./scripts/setup.sh --local --yes
App at http://localhost:8080; every email it sends lands in Mailpit at http://localhost:8025.
# Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, as root or a sudo user
curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com | sh
git clone https://github.com/isaee-xyz/pitchdojo.git && cd pitchdojo
./scripts/setup.sh --single --domain learn.yourcompany.com --email you@yourcompany.com
Point an A record at the server and open ports 80/443 — Caddy gets the certificate automatically.
./scripts/setup.sh --multi --domain yourdomain.com --email you@yourdomain.com
DNS: A app.yourdomain.com and A *.yourdomain.com. Companies sign up at /signup and get their own workspace in a few minutes.

FAQ
Straight answers.
What's the licence? Can I use it commercially or host it for clients?
Yes. PitchDojo is licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. You can use it commercially and host it for clients; if you offer a modified version over a network, you must make your modified source available to its users. Keep the AGPL notice and credits when you redistribute.
Who owns the data?
You do. Everything lives in your database and the pitchdojo_sites Docker volume on your server. Only the AI coach sends data out: the day's lesson and quiz text, the learner's microphone audio during a viva, and the transcript for scoring go to Google's Gemini API. Audio is not stored by PitchDojo; scores and transcripts stay in your database.
Which AI model does the coach use, and what does it cost?
Google Gemini — Gemini Live for the spoken viva and a Gemini text model to write questions and score answers. You bring your own key and pay Google directly; PitchDojo adds no margin. As a rough guide, a viva attempt is a few US cents of live audio, and a 50-learner, 10-day cohort typically lands in the tens of US dollars. Check current Gemini pricing and set a budget alert.
Do I need the AI features at all?
No. Without a Gemini key PitchDojo works as a full LMS; the voice viva and AI role-play simply stay off and nothing is gated.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a DNS record at your server and the bundled Caddy issues HTTPS certificates automatically. In SaaS mode each company gets <name>.yourdomain.com and can add its own domain (e.g. academy.customer.com) in /setup → Domain with a CNAME and one click on Verify.
What languages does the coach speak?
The viva language is a per-site setting (default en-IN), and you can add extra languages for the transcript to listen for. The coach's persona — tone, product facts, words to avoid — is free text you write.
What does it run on?
Docker on any 64-bit Linux server (Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 recommended), with MariaDB 10.6+ and Redis bundled. Postgres isn't supported. Apple Silicon works for local try-outs through amd64 emulation.
